Payment, shipping and returns
Ordering:
You can order from us in two ways:
1) online. When ordering online simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, the site will automatically take you to our easy web-based system. After you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail address.
2) by phone. Call us at 415-828-1490, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM (PST). We are ready to take your order or to help you with any questions you have.
There is no minimum order amount, however, all styles are sold in pre-packs of five.
Payment:
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. If paying with PayPal you will be referred to PayPal site and then redirected back to our site once the payment is complete. All payments are sent to contact@wholesalefashionplus.com
Shipping:
Orders are normally shipped on the same or next business day from the time the payment is received.
Domestic orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground.
International orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. The shipping charge is calculated according to the weight of your order during the checkout.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All sales are final with the exception of incorrectly shipped items or flawed merchandise. Dare to Wear Fashion Manufacturing manufactures and ships all merchandise locally to ensure quality and consistency in all of its products and order fulfillment. We stand behind our products and are fully committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns about your order and we will do our best to quickly answer or resolve any issue.
